We are the platform with a face! This means that we mostly empower our clients. They are our business and they should get as many benefits as possible.

The Rebate Plan is part of the trade.Berry’s philosophy. It is designed to distribute most of our income back to our clients and not to fancy advertising campaigns, like all our competitors do.

Even though the Rebate Plan can help you reach higher incomes, don’t compare or confuse trade.Berry with other network marketing companies or brokers that exist in the market. The compensation plan is developed into three phases through which the Member can advance and acquire different Career Titles and be entitled to different commissions and bonuses.

First you have to enroll into the Rebate Plan and then start as a Qualified Member earning by introducing new members and grow to the next phases of the plan – Associate role and Partner role. Watch the animated video for a better understanding of the compensation plan.

Like you can see in the representation below, our community is built on members, associates and partners. Let’s take each Career Title step by step. Our road to succes is built on three phases. Look how it works!

 

Phase 1 – Become a member

Enrolling in trade.Berry is a straight through process. If you were not invited to join, ask for an invitation on www.adrianmazilu.com or on www.tradeberry.com.

After joining the Rebate Plan you will be considered a Qualified Member and will be able to receive commissions and bonuses only after you will introduce at least one eligible client. With each trade placed by a client, a spread is generated in the market. Check the evolution plan below and be rewarded on 3 levels:

*Active Line – Any first level Member and their entire downline where at least one person is considered to be Active.
*CCV – Client Contribution Volume – The total eligible spread from closed positions generated by a Member’s Level 1 clients and members in a period.
*DV- Downline Volume – The total eligible spread from a Member’s downline in a period. This starts with a Member’s Level 1 and includes all Members the way down.

 

In the Member Phase, you receive some Client Sales Bonuses, which are in between 35-50% on the eligible spreads of each client account you work with, as well as personal spreads from your level 1 Members. And as we said earlier, as a Member you can be rewarded on 3 levels as following:

M1S -> 2% from level 2

M2S -> 3% from level 2

M3S -> 4% from level 2 and 1% from level 3

Phase 2 – Become an Associate and increase your commission percentage

Create a strong downline. Make sure you help others duplicate your achievements so you will all benefit. You will start as an  ASSOCIATE 1 STAR and grow up to an ASSOCIATE 3 STARS, the keystone title for our Compensation Plan. All Associates should be enrolling both clients and Members as well as working with their team to teach them to do the same. The way to develop A3S is to develop M3S.

As an Associate, the Client Sales Bonuses are the same as in the Member phase, and also you are paid on 5 levels, as follows:

A1S -> 5% from level 2 and 2% from level 3

A2S -> 6% from level 2, 3% from level 3 and 1% from level 4

A3S -> 7% from level 2, 4% from level3, 2% from level 4 and 1% from level 5

More than that, as an Associate 3 Stars or higher for all three months in a calendar quarter, you may receive shares for the Qarterly Leadership Pool. This pool is 0,5% of the company’s total Commissionable Volume for the quarter when that amount is at least $ 20,000,000. The pool is divided equally among the shares so the amount you earn is the share value multiplied by the number of shares you earned.

Phase 3 – Become a Partner and join the elite of trade.Berry 

Gain even more from Generations created in your network. Your ultimate accomplishment is to develop leaders and train them to do the same. In this phase, the rewards are endless, let’s see what is all about.

The Partner Titles are focused primarily on building Associates (specifically A3S) and Partners. However, it is critical that they must continue to set an example for their personal groups and organizations, which is why they must continue to maintain the CCV, Downline Volume and Active Lines.

The Client Sales Bonuses are the same as in the Phase 1 and 2, also you are rewarded on 5 levels deep and receive the shares from the Quarterly Leadership Pool as follows:

P1S / P2S /P3S -> 7% from level 2, 4% from level 3, 2% from level 4 and 1% from level 5

P1S -> 2 shares from the Quarterly Leadership Pool

P2S -> 3 shares from the Quarterly Leadership Pool

P3S -> 4 shares from the Quarterly Leadership Pool

Because the Partner phase is the elite of trade.Berry, we have developed an endless reward for you – Generations Overrides. The generation bonuses represent the rewards that are paid on the depth that is developing in your groups. A generation starts with an Associate 3 Stars or higher and include everyone below them, down to but not including the next Associate 3 Stars or higher Career Title.
